Osmington Gerofsky Development Corp (OGDC) was founded in 2021 by David Gerofsky and Osmington Inc., David Thomson's private real estate and investment company.
OGDC builds high quality rental communities across the GTA. Every building is purpose built rental from day one, and built by OG Construction, our in-house team. Our management team welcomes every new resident and ensures they continue to enjoy all the community has to offer.
