Built Better. Live Better.
At OGDC, we build great places to call home. Our communities are built around connecting; to building amenities, to nearby transit and to a community that welcomes you home.
Founded in 2021, OGDC delivers high quality communities across the GTA. Each one is purpose built from day one by OG Construction, our in house team.
