Located on the edge of the Rosedale Valley, 350 Bloor Street East introduces a sleek new residential tower atop an underutilized 1970s-era office building designed by John B. Parkin and Associates. OGDC has partnered with WJ Properties, one of the original developers of high-rise apartments in Flemingdon Park, to usher in a new era of growth around the Ontario Line Subway and Eglinton Crosstown LRT. Located less than 200m from the planned Flemingdon Park Subway Station, and centered around a new public park, this four-tower infill project will bring new opportunities for homeownership to the area. The design approach is focused on maximizing outdoor amenity space and landscaping, in keeping with the Site’s unique location along the Don River Valley and E.T. Seton Park.
