Phase one of the redevelopment at 9 St. Dennis Drive brings 474 new purpose-built rental homes to Toronto’s Don Mills and Eglinton neighbourhood. Developed in partnership with WJ Properties, the 37-storey tower is the first of a multi-phase community and runs entirely on geothermal energy.
