Jared leads OGDC’s Finance and Investments team overseeing acquisitions, underwriting, project finance and investor reporting. Prior to joining OGDC, he worked at several leading developers in Vancouver on a variety of industrial and mixed-use projects. Jared is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.

John works across the development spectrum at OGDC, from due diligence and acquisitions to entitlements and project delivery. Prior to joining OGDC, he worked at Westbank and Greybrook Realty Partners, and practiced architecture in Toronto, Tokyo, and New York. John is a licensed architect (OAA) and holds an MArch from the University of Waterloo and a Master’s in Real Estate from Harvard University.

Christine is responsible for overseeing the delivery of several of OGDC’s projects and new site acquisitions, drawing on more than a decade of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining OGDC, she worked at Mattamy Homes, where she oversaw the full project lifecycle of several high-density, multi-phased master-planned communities across the GTA. Christine is a Registered Professional Planner (RPP) and holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from Toronto Metropolitan University.

Tammy is responsible for overseeing the delivery of various residential and mixed-use development projects. Prior to joining OGDC, she worked at Toronto Community Housing Corporation, where she advanced a number of large-scale revitalization projects across the City of Toronto. Tammy is a Registered Professional Planner (RPP) and holds a BES from the University of Waterloo and an MScPl from the University of Toronto.

Hamza supports the development team at OGDC in delivering residential and mixed-use projects. Prior to joining OGDC, he interned at Urban Strategies, an integrated planning and urban design firm, and at the Region of Peel’s Housing Development Office. Hamza holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours and a Master of Science in Planning from the University of Toronto.

Hilary supports the OGDC team in evaluating real estate investment and development opportunities. Prior to joining OGDC, she was an Investment Analyst at Canada’s largest real estate investment trust. Hilary holds a Business Administration degree with Honours and a Master of Science in Business Analytics (Dean’s Honour List), both from the Ivey School of Business at Western University.

Clarice supports the OGDC development team in delivering mixed-use projects. Previously, she researched affordable housing policy at the University of Toronto. Clarice holds a Bachelor of Science with Distinction from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Science in Planning from the University of Toronto.

Michelle has more than 20 years of experience in accounting across a diverse range of industries. Prior to joining OGDC, she spent 10 years building experience in residential development and construction, including at a small residential builder in the GTA. Michelle holds a BA and graduate certificates in accounting from York University.

Mei specializes in project cost management, full-cycle accounting, cash flow forecasting, and detailed financial reporting for OGDC’s mixed-use developments. Prior to joining OGDC, she worked at Lifetime Developments, where she monitored project budgets, managed financial reporting, and coordinated monthly debt draw cycles across multiple mixed-use projects. Mei holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Specialist, from the University of Toronto.

Yana supports the OGDC team in managing accounts payable and contract administration across its development projects. Prior to joining OGDC, she worked at Fitzrovia, where she managed full-cycle accounts payable across a residential and commercial real estate portfolio, and at Pharmbills, where she led a team of more than 10 finance and accounting professionals. Yana holds a Master’s degree in Municipal Economy and a Bachelor’s degree from Odessa National Economic University.

Craig oversees site operations for OGDC's high-rise residential projects, bringing more than 20 years of experience in construction. Prior to joining OGDC, Craig served as Senior Superintendent at Greenwin Corp. and SmartCentres REIT, Cresford Developments, and Reliance Construction, where he delivered high-rise residential projects including ArtWalk (VMC), Halo Residences on Yonge, and Seasons Condominiums. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science from Bradley University.

Damon supports the OGDC team in the delivery of residential development projects. Prior to joining OGDC, he worked at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) within the Project & Development Services team, managing the delivery of several private, public, and institutional projects. Damon holds a BASc in Civil Engineering from Queen’s University.

Liam supports the OGDC team in the construction and delivery of high-rise residential projects. Prior to joining OGDC, Liam worked at SmartCentres REIT, Greenwin Corp., and PCL Construction, where he held coordination and site supervision roles on a number of high-rise residential and institutional projects. Liam holds an Honours Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management from George Brown College.

Eton supports the OGDC team with site coordination and project documentation across its residential development projects. Prior to joining OGDC, he held project coordination roles at Bird Construction and EllisDon, where he supported the delivery of a transit facility and a student housing and dining expansion at the University of Victoria. Eton holds a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from the University of Victoria.
