Viewmount & Glencairn was the first tall building entitled around Glencairn Station, on a site OGDC assembled from eight homes next to the subway. The approved two-tower development will expand the neighbouring Benner Park and add a new publicly accessible mid-block connection between Viewmount Avenue and Romar Crescent.
